What You Need to Know
Shipping & Delivery.
Shipping costs start from £3.95 and are calculated at the checkout depending on the items ordered and address. Shipping is offered on Standard UK Delivery (3-5 working days) unless otherwise stated.
Should you require a more speedy delivery option contact us and we will provide you with the shipping cost.
UK deliveries outside of the Mainland e.g. Northern Ireland, The Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of White, Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles may incur a additional shipping surcharge.
We want to make sure that our beautifully crafted products get to you safe and sound so we always use professional delivery companies we can trust. Due to the size and weight of some of the items we may use a kerbside pallet delivery service. Our large and medium log stores are very heavy and will require two people on delivery to safely off load. The drivers maybe able to help you, but this is at their discretion.
If there are any delivery access or restriction issues please make us aware prior to delivery so we ensure the item is delivered on the appropriate vehicle.
Any failed deliveries or re-deliviers may be charged for. If you are unable to take delivery of the goods they will usually be taken back to the depot for collection or re-delivery. It is your responsibility to arrange for a re-delivery.
Please check the goods on delivery. If any goods are found to be missing or damaged please notify us as soon as possible.
Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We will try to put things right as soon as possible however we can’t be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.
