Returns & Refunds policy

We want you to love your purchase from Trove as much as we do so if you have any problems or are unhappy with your purchase we will do our upmost to make that right.

Returns and refunds covers damaged or defective products only.
If the product arrives damaged or defective we will issue a full refund on receipt, including the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to replace the item free of charge.
Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 28 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

Run-off

All products with an aged-finish may have run off from the rain which may result in some minor staining in the area on which it sits.

Fire Pit Safety

We want you to enjoy using your fire pit but also to be safe at the same time so please take a minute to read the following safety advice.
Fire pits are for outdoor use only.
Place the fire pit on a hard level surface (not a wooden deck or grass) away from structures and trees.
Use only recommended fire starters.
Keep a close eye on children when the fire pit is in use.
Never leave the fire pit unattended while in use.
Do not attempt to move the fire pit until it has cooled down.
Only use dry wood on the fire pit.
Keep the fire pit away from flammable materials.

Trove Design will be not be liable for injury or damage caused because of misuse or carelessness when using our products.
